PASS Stanztechnik AG, based in Creußen and a leading German manufacturer of precision punching tools, has been integrated into the American family-owned company Wilson Tool International.
We employ three girls in typical male professions now who are currently doing training at PASS or have already completed it. Girls' Day makes it possible to get a taste of the "man's world" for a day and to get to know new professions that you may not have had in mind before. This gives you the opportunity to look behind the scenes of technical professions and discover something new for yourself! Today, two of our trainees will answer some of your questions about the topic of "women in male professions" and Girls' Day in general.
Since 13 April 2021 it is official: All German companies will be obliged to offer Corona tests once a week for all employees who do not work in home office, even through it‘s on a voluntary basis for employees.
On 8 April, a new chapter officially began in the lives of our colleagues Kai, Maximilian, Jonas, Mario, Christopher and Jona (not in the picture): Our former trainees were now officially bidden farewell to their apprenticeship and once again warmly welcomed as permanent employees in their new departments.
Today we would like to introduce you to a very special PASS trainee: Maximilian. The 24-year-old is our first trainee as an industrial electrician and we're looking forward to finding out more about him and his exciting job. Enjoy reading!
