PASS Stanztechnik AG, globally renowned for the production and distribution of high-quality punching and forming tools, announces that it has become part of the Wilson Tool International family. Wilson Tool International, the largest independent manufacturer of tooling systems for punch presses, press brakes, and punch and die components for the stamping industry, initiated this strategic partnership to further expand the market coverage and manufacturing capacities of both companies.
This strategic partnership not only secures existing jobs but also offers great potential for future expansion of the team in Creußen. The production site in Germany will be strengthened and remain a central pillar. Moreover, PASS Stanztechnik AG will continue to be family-run, ensuring that established practices and structures are maintained. Shared values and a commitment to quality, service, and employee development will remain a top priority.
Through the collaboration with Wilson Tool, PASS Stanztechnik AG will enhance its technological capabilities and increase its influence in international markets. Additionally, the company will be able to significantly expand its product range and grow its location.
In 2025, PASS Stanztechnik AG will also celebrate its 30th anniversary and plans to host an open house to commemorate this special occasion with customers, partners, and the public.
