New apprentices in the new training centre
4 new apprentices as industrial mechanics can now enthusiastically say that they were the first to inaugurate the new apprenticeship centre of PASS Stanztechnik AG.
The board members of PASS Stanztechnik AG, Michael Bauer and Florian Keller, welcomed the new trainees on the first day of their professional career. Board member Michael Bauer wished the new trainee team together with the trainer Michael Pezolt and the vocational school teacher and PASS trainer Stefan Wilka a successful start into the future. He emphasized that the new trainees are the first to be trained in the new PASS training centre and will be expanded next year by another 5 trainees.
CEO Florian Keller underlined that the new, modern and high-quality machines, adapted to the machines in "normal" production, perfectly prepare for professional life. The digital training concept with Industry 4.0 content completes the "apprenticeship" project.

The apprenticeship at PASS is almost paperless. The environmental idea hits the ever advancing digitalization. The way into the training for this is supported by its own tablet with the relevant learning software.
A training room with whiteboard and beamer enables trainees and trainers to receive internal training on all necessary training content.
